Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including estimation, bid packaging, scheduling, budgeting, and closing.
2. Manage and coordinate all contractual requirements, ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage and control project scopes, and handle necessary changes efficiently.
4. Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
5. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, tenders, and contracts.
6. Review and process construction permits, conduct construction surveying, and oversee inspections to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
7. Manage and control GC Expenditures and Change Orders.
8. Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and KPIs.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in a construction management role, or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
2. Proven experience in estimating, project bids, pre-construction, bid packaging, scheduling, contract management, and budgeting.
3. Demonstrable knowledge of construction permits, construction surveying, and inspections.
4. Strong experience in managing GC Expenditures and Change Orders.
5. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
8. Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are advantageous.
