We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and shape the human resources strategy for our organization in San Diego, California. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving talent acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a proven track record in HR leadership, compliance, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals, values, and long-term objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts by creating effective recruitment plans and overseeing onboarding processes.
• Manage employee performance initiatives to enhance engagement, productivity, and career growth.
• Oversee HR budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate HR perspectives into strategic decision-making.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted programs and training initiatives.
• Establish and maintain HR policies that ensure operational efficiency and compliance with employment regulations.
• Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management, with professionalism.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs to build leadership capabilities and support workforce growth.
• Champion organizational culture and facilitate change management efforts to support evolving business needs.• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, including strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
• Proficiency in HR tools and technologies, such as Bamboo or similar platforms.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate at the executive level.
• Experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and lead HR teams effectively.
• Adept at organizational development and change management strategies.
