We're looking for a Motorized Shade Installer to join our talented team. If you have experience installing motorized shades, drapes, or other window treatments and take pride in doing high-quality work, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Install motorized and nonmotorized shades, drapes, and window treatments in residential and commercial properties, ensuring each installation meets our high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Carefully follow installation guidelines and ensure all components, wiring, and connections are properly set up for smooth, functional operation. Test, troubleshoot, and adjust motorized shade systems to ensure everything is operating correctly before leaving the job site. Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Maintain a clean, organized work area on every job site, respecting clients' homes and properties. Ensure customer satisfaction by completing installations efficiently and professionally, and answering any questions about operation when needed. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in installing motorized window treatments such as shades, drapes, blinds, or similar products. A strong understanding of basic electrical systems involved in motorized shade installations, with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues on the spot. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all work is done correctly the first time, every time. Good communication skills to interact with both clients and team members and ensure a clear understanding of the work being done. Ability to work independently or on a team, and manage your time effectively to complete installations on schedule. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you'll be traveling to different job sites each day. Why Hive?
