Job Overview
The Process Improvement Engineer should have a passion and deep understanding of the manufacturing/operational processes within the plastics industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong continuous improvement and plastics engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading and achieving successful operational projects. This role will have accountability for each of the below tasks, but may specialize in one or more areas depending on the needs of the plant.
