Job Description
Essential Job Responsibilities
OPERATIONS:
· Assisting with management and support of daily club operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
· Ensure a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the club's brand identity.
· Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic nightlife environment.
· Conflict resolution skills to address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression.
STAFF MANAGEMENT:
· Assist with the hiring, training, and supervision of staff, including bartenders, servers, and additional floor and operations personnel.
· Demonstrate strong leadership through effective problem-solving, mentorship, and leading by example.
· Foster a positive work environment.
· Train new staff and provide ongoing training to current employees to ensure alignment with evolving policies and procedures.
MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS:
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
· Cultivate strong relationships with club members by understanding and anticipating their needs and preferences.
· Ensure the highest quality of drink and bottle service, aligning with the club's brand standards.
· Promptly address and resolve customer requests complaints to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat patronage.
· Maintain a consistent and immersive atmosphere through attentive service and meticulous venue presentation.
· Train and lead staff to deliver exceptional service that reflects the club’s identity and enhances the overall guest experience.

WORK SCHEDULE
· Work schedule would typically be 4 pm-3 am, Tues-Saturday, with flexibility to come in early, work late and also work private events during non-standard business hours, including Sundays and Mondays
· Physical Requirements
· Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
· Ability to stand for prolonged periods or ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods working on a computer.
· Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the property.
· Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
· Climbing steps regularly.
