Your primary responsibility will be to assist bartenders and ensure that they have everything that is needed to provide efficient and high-quality service to customers. Responsibilities:

• Keep the bar stocked with drinks, mixers, and supplies for bartenders.
• Prepare garnishes and set up stations before opening.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Assist bartenders during busy times by fetching ingredients and helping with drink preparation.
• Wash glassware and utensils as needed.
• Maintain bar equipment and report issues if they arise.
• Dispose of waste and keep the area tidy.

Qualifications:

• Great attitude and work ethic.
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays. 
• High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment.
